Zumba - Perfect for everybody and every body. Fit has never been that fun. Once the music and rhythms take over, you will see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise. Piloxing - Graceful movements and powerful punches. Piloxing workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance. Workout benefits improve cardiovascular ability, strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve balance and posture and burn up to 1200 calories per hour. Piloxing classes at Divine Yoga are held by our energy bundle Kru Karn. 💪💪💪
Bollywood Dance - are inspired by the high energy music from Indian films, our mixed level Bollywood class combines traditional Indian folk and classical dance and contemporary movement like hip hop, jazz, Latin and Belly dance. You will learn technique and choreography that incorporate rhythmic and full body movement. We carefully curate our music and playlist to keep you energized and engaged. Did we mention it’s really fun? Each song takes around 1 month to learn dancing afterwards will start with a new song. It is recommended to join classes regularly to learn the routine continuingly. 💃💃💃
